if this were true, this would undoubtedly be the greatest - hands down the greatest - k1 max card EVER assembled...unfortunately, this will NEVER happen because the matchmaker of k1 knows that sato or any other japanese fighter will have little to no chance at winning the title while fighters of this caliber are competing against him...this is the exact reason why yod, sudsakorn, and cosmo have never been given an invitation to the max tournament

Great selection of fighters. I think a few of the Moroccan fighters have proved themselves to be better than Hinata(the balls kicker) and Sato. But I guess a K-1 without any Japanese fighters is out of the question since there is nothing but Japanese fighters. This is no way to find out the best in the world @ 70kg. Maybe the best in Japan.
If it happens it will be The Ultimate K-1 World Max Final 16... Maybe 2012!!!

@KuopioGR You don't even watch the sport!!! Petrosyan beat Souwer 2times!!! But I agree Souwer has the better overall record and legacy because he is probably the best k1 max fighter of all time...Zambidis and Buakaw can't even hold a candle to him....Petrosyan/Masato are close but Souwer is tops...
