It kind of makes sense, but at the same time I doubt that the Capitano as we knew him will be playable, his character model doesn't look playable for current genshin character models and sizes (though it is something that could change). I personally think that if Capitano comes back, it will be in a new mortal body, and that might be where that ancient names come to use.
Aside from that, chances are still that the name Xilonen forged wasn't for him and for some random NPC, but not very likely since they wouldn't put such emphasis on it then.

For sometime I thought it is for her mentor, the old lady that trained her to be a forger of ancient name. Makes a lot of sense as she was her guide. Then In her story about her vision, it is revealed that Xilonen got her vision AFTER she's forged the teacher's ancient name, whereas in the video she's already wearing the geo vision while forging. Unless it's a oversight from the developer, it would suggest that Mwongozo is for another person, one who is both wise and strong to lead and to guide. Perhaps I'm delulu but yes I really want it to be for capitano.
