My father abandoned me as a child...KB is absolutely touched by the Spirit....Ive been listening to KB for over 15 years, and now my children have been blessed to also worship God through his beautiful compositions. Theres no greater feeling than seeing my children worship Christ through music, and I have KB to largely thank for that. This whole album is amazing.

The smallest I have ever felt in my life, was in the presence of my father.
When in middle school I placed second and not first...
When his mother passed away and I attended the funeral, and was left to sit in the back alone while he sat up front with his two youngest daughters (from the marriage after he divorced my mom).
When they held roses in their hands to place on the casket and he was holding some in his hands, he walked toward me, me thinking of course he'd hand me one since I was his oldest daughter, but instead he told me I could grab some roses from the bucket in the back.

I decided to let him go, not too long ago. I am 44.
I am ok now. But it is still sad.

KB, your willingness and your vulnerability... thank you! I praise God for your heart.
