Asus Tuf Dash F15 2022 i5 12450H 16GB 4800Mhz RTX 3050 owner here.

Bought on 1 Feb - Used for a month with almost everything checked and examined.

This is my review for the same;

Performance: Definitely killer but of course will seem less if compared to higher numbers.
Editing 4K is possible, but once you start adding 2 or more effects you can notice some stutters, but gets the work done.


SSD: The cheapest gen3 SSD good read speeds but bad write speeds, upgrade for a gen4 in future.

Gaming: Most of the games run at 60+fps at high settings, but remember with great power comes great responsibility(pun intended) Temperatures go above 80-85C most of the time on Turbo while gaming and It may reach 95C+

Sound: Very Good Speakers with Dolby Atmos.
Not really a fan of noise cancellation for microphone but its okayish.

Display: Now this is where it hurts my wallet, It has good refresh rate and almost good colors for an average person. The major issue is with the backlight bleed and ips glow which you’ll see while you’re in a dark room with a black screen( I know its common for all LCD panels) Do mind that will look very concerning but somehow only way to fix it is getting used to it.

Camera: Its there

Design&BuildQ: Top Notch
White light backlit keyboard also gets the work done with some lighting effects.

Solution for overheating: Keep it in silent mode or lower cpu watt and increase fans to max in manual mode, That way you can keep it at 70-75C at 24~26C Room Temp.

This can solve all the confusion and covers almost all good options in 75-85k budget and with similer specs.

I bought Victus 15 16GB having the same specs 9 days back. Overall experience is amazing, just battery backup is like 2.5 hours which could’ve been better. I use it for CAD, Ps and 3Ds max rendering and it’s flawlessly smooth. ❤

just bought an victus . I am loving it for the value. I got one for 65k, 5600h, rtx 3050 75w, 16gb ddr4, 512gb gen 4 and yes a 144hz panel. I think it is value for money and yes not every victus have same chasis. mine one has two fans placed together not apart and built for this one is so good but not so good thermals. I think if you are planning to buy an ideapad check this one out, it's so good. I wanted to buy and tuf but only 1650 and rtx 2050 varients were available in my budget so. I am guy who use to beg to dad for an GT 1030 pc build but after 1 year here i am, with RTX 3050 I still cannot believe I got an RTX laptop . God wanted me to play gta 5 on very high with 90+ fps not on 720p low 20 fps😁. Very happy I cannot believe I got an Gaming laptop.😆 Never played even GTA SA without lag. Thanks god for this one, It really means a lot to me
