To me, season 5's funniest episodes are the following:

Sheldon: The procedure for diagnosing pinworms is to wait until the subject is asleep and the worms crawl out of the rectum for air.
Leonard: (spits his pasta out in spurts)
Sheldon: Yes, just like that!

Leonard: Oh, I don't believe this.
Sheldon bursts out of the sofa roaring in zombie makeup as Leonard screamed and ran away
