Hi Cath, how very frugal. I love the idea of using off cuts of left over fabric. Can I ask how you measured the gathered skirt on your daughters dress please. I'm about to make my grandaughter a dress using the ABB tee with a gathered skirt and I was going to do 1.5 times the width but do you shape yours on or just sew up a tube? I love the faux playsuit idea Great makes 👌

I love the idea of using remnants from previous makes … this is something I need to do because I’m accumulating 0.75 - 1m remnants of fabric, mainly in woven fabrics, but some knits too. When I get some time (🤪) I think I’ll have to have a go at using them. Thanks for showing how you adapt patterns and adjust your garments as you sew.
