Please make a podcast with SAP BTP, CAPM, Fiori developer, Rap developer . These are something which is future of development in SAP and these profiles are based on open source technologies like in CAPM((backend options abap-rap, java-springboot, nodes.js) (frontend - ui5/Fiori(based on html5 and javascript)

if he waits for 6-7 months more, he can expect 180-200% hike from deloitte aswell fix only and variable extra. For 2.5 yoe deloitte gives analyst but fpr 3.1+ deloitte gives consultant position. Trust me deloitte has so good projects for sap abap/rap/btp, etc.
