This is the best review I have seen on the 2C23T. You actually knew how to use it, a rarity compared to other reviewers who fall into the category of random button pushers who seem to never read the manual. Plus not comparing its readings with a high end thousands of dollars scope. I do have this unit and purchased it knowing it would have limitations. It will eventually be relegated to a secondary device to quickly see if there is a signal/reading. I mainly use it on music synthesizers to look at and inject audio level frequencies. Ultimately, a stop gap device while I save the money to purchase a half decent bench oscilloscope. I am still in two minds whether I should save money and get a two channel or spend a little more for the same model but with 4 channels. Thanks for the quality review.

One of the things that I like about this review is that even tho there was an "unboxing", you had already gone thru the process of understanding the instructions and reviewed how to get things working in advance. That really improves the quality of the review substantially over some others who don't actually spend the time and just muddle around while recording.
Currently I am looking more for a 2 channel scope/meter but with a more standard Multimeter selector similar to the Mustool MDS9208 that you reviewed.
Thanks for the great review.

On a small device, It's important for readability that the available screen resolution is used for large font. Not only does the no-value-added bar graph take up space, it's impractical rounded shape takes up 3X the territory it should horizontally for each. Even worse, this happens on both sides, with no additional function provided by the second bar! All totaled, a full ONE HALF of the display is not used for text and icons in the multimeter mode, instead to make the display look trendy. Definitely designed for younger, more impressionable shoppers.

Actually not bad for the price. Two separate 10-bit ADCs, honest specs, clean design, can be quite appealing. Slightly low input sensitivity at 20mV/div. For simple diagnostics and for beginners, it should be fine.

In the "Confusing current mode" section, the zero readings were due to you cycling through into AC current mode, as shown on the display. When you cycled to DC current the reading was OK. I fall for it all the time as my Fluke 87 V defaults to AC current measurement.

amazing review! thank you :-)
would it be possible to review 2C53T model too? :-) it has 50MHz input XY and FFT but only 50kHz output i wonder how these two compare :-)

Which is better? Owon Hds2202s or Fnirsi 2c53t?

Not for me. I like to have cursers for measurement. I'd say that was an important feature even for an entry level scope.

Watching the Vrms during the scope tests, regardless of whether it was being fed a sine wave, a square wave or triangle wave, it always displayed the same value for a 1v p-p. Seems fishy.

Posiadam multimetr z funkcją oscyloskopu. Po podłączeniu pod na wyjściu układu: transformator, mostek Greta, kondensator 1000uF.
Oscyloskop ustawienie auto pokazuje DC, max 14, 3v, min 14, 0 RMS 6, 7V
A po podpięciu tego samego multimetra jako woltomierz pokazuje 15, 5V.
Czemu tak? Multimetr przeszedł kalibrację (ma taką funkcję).
Czy to normalne? Proszę o pomoc

I tire of so many creators reviewing the same products especially when these reviews have replaced their previous videos about their projects, repairs and electronics education contributions.

yeah, great video, but i really didnt like the Multimeter especially the Capacitor tests (results)....not straight forward from the device point of view.
