Thank you once again for another amazing video. There is so much pact in 5 minutes.
Another viewer commented on the negative aspects of working with others. If we spend time focusing on the positive we will benefit greatly. Also, I will admit that I steer clear of some negative people. They don't seem to like me and they want to rule over me in projects. My answer thus far is to not include them in my projects. Sometimes the best strategy is avoidance. I will want to learn other conflict resolution skills, however, such as Restorative Practice. Anyway, thank you, yet again.

I think that a "skillset" can lead to you to successfully collaboration is an oversimplification. People can be selfish, deceptive and hard to deal with sometimes. And managing that part is usually the true challenge.
