I’m totally agree with you, everyone is different, one method doesn’t fit everyone, I used to fast 16/8 for 2 years, then I 20:06 started to eat breakfast at 9am since I suffered from autonomic nervous system dysfunction & insomnia 6 months ago, very little breakfast keeps me calmer & less tired, I intend to keep 3 meals a day to maximize my energy & keeping my anxiety at bay. Thank you so much for your wisdom and share your tips with public !

Ekadashi fasting once in 15days, once before Pournima and once before amavasya, goes for 2-3 days if done in a correct way, the body detox superbly.. People have forgotten or have been made to forget their culture, religion with all plan (by Britishers before leaving India by establishing their education system, praising Mughals in books who actually have destroyed the heritage of Bharath, Bollywood who made hindus to hate their own religion, made them ashamed of being hindu) have fallen So badly for Western culture to an extent of praising these type videos who are asking us to do what our ancestors used to do thousand thousand years back. Hinduism - Way of Life - So True. Westerns, all dieticians like Luke and many more learning from Hinduism way of Life and giving back our own knowledge . So unfortunate that others have to teach what they learnt from our ancestors. They should be thankful to Hinduism but their arrogance and Ego won't allow them to be grateful for the knowledge they have today that actually is a learning, a gift from Hinduism that has been acquired by them. I feel proud to be Hindu and the knowledge of Hindusim because of which people's lives are improving.

I think the best I feel is when I fast after dinner until the next day dinner after sunset of course.
No food no water.
You just feel your body healing itself.
I am just reluctant to do that in winter but I do have at least 12 hour fast every night.
My health is great and I look a lot younger than I am.

Please make us understand the right way to break fast. What to be consumed and how to consume. Huge request to do that. Fast first- protein first- coffee- fiber too much confusion!
