This is wrong. You need to make a crater in the flour then add the eggs without the egg white (if you want to make pasta). Then break the yolk with a fork then mix the eggs without breaking the well. Slowly the flour is going to combine with the eggs. Knead the dough for 10 minutes then wrap it with plastic wrap so the moisture won't leave the dough. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes and then it's ready to use. It's that simple and really hard to mess up. You could add olive oil and salt to the eggs if you want more flavour.



Bonus recipe: English muffin
. Yeast
. Milk
. Butter
. Flour
. Water
. Salt

1. Melt the butter but make sure it's not too hot that you cannot put a finger in. It should be room temperature. The milk should not be too hot or too cold because it will kill the yeast, it should also be room temperature

2. Add all the wet ingredients in a bowl and then add yeast then mix
The wet ingredients are: water, milk, and butter. Leave for 10 minutes until you see a peachy residue on the top of the mixture.

3. Add the salt to the flour then whisk together. Slowly add the yeast mixture to the flour and mix until it forms a dough. Knead the dough

4. Put the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a lid. Let it rise for 30 minutes until double in size

5. Knead the dough again on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes and then cut it into evenly weighed pieces. Leave to rest for 10 minutes until doubled in size, make sure you add a cover

6. Turn your pan to low heat and put the muffins on the pan. It's suppose to have a dark golden brown colour. Flip the muffin and repeat on the same side. It's suppose to be soft in the Inside. If the Inside looks like dough then it's raw
