I have a friend that I sometimes go to the gym with, and she is exactly like this. She said because she doesn’t want to hurt her feelings by counting calories or measuring her self once in a while. Meanwhile, I’ve been losing weight and she’s been gaining/maintaining weight and I don’t know how to tell her that her method is not working because in her head, she says she fits in her clothes better.
