9. Leg Extensions 3:20

Dam i never though doing that ! TRX is the best we can have at home if could only choose one object to workout at home !

Great video!

I recently got the TRX.

I been doing Bulgarian split squats and other lunges for a few years now off a bench and free standing.

I been trying the BSS with the TRX and it's awkward for me - the foot in the cradle is causing the awkwardness. I think I'm going to stop doing it and experiment with other exercises like the Pistol and lunges, etc.

Great exercise as recovering from a knee op, all are brilliant except for the jumping lundges. Not sure how may sets to do, only just managed 3x10 sets of each

How did the suspension contribute to any of those exercises other than for balance?
