Every month I deal with candida between my ovulation week and cycle. I have been on carnivore since Jan 6. I've lost 35lbs from beginning at 189. I thought the yeast would go away by now. But it hasn't. What am I doing wrong? I only eat meat and butter, I drink water and sometimes throw in ACV in my water. Or could it actually be high levels of estrogen, like I read? And how should I fix that. I'm really desperate.

I have sibo, sifo & mast cell issues. I’m unfortunately unable to eat meat because I get severe histimine. To a dongerous level. I’ve tried using herbs to kill my infections, silver hydrosol with aloe vera, but I react too much. Especially hours later when it takes effect. I’m malnourished because I can only eat potatoes with duck fat. Now I’m struggling to eat potatoes. I’m at a loss. I don’t know what to do. Doctors & even functional medicine doctors haven’t been able to help me.

I am on the carnivore diet for about 2 months almost ( 2 weeks on lions diet) I started to reintroduce coconut water slowly. After two days of reintroducing my candida rash came on. I also had to stop any dairy ( milk or butter) as it also inflamed the candida. Any advice on this?

If she had to continue the diet after it then she didn't cure it, otherwise she could have gone back to eating normally with all the macronutrients included. She probably just suppressed it in the same way people reduce diabetes symptoms on carnivore but still can't go back to eating carbs.

what everyone else is saying is that we should have complex carbs or resistance starch, to feed the "good bacterria" to keep the candida in check.
