Me: reason found! Other teachers have students sitting in front of them. These students annoy them in the following ways:-
1) Don't complete homework (This mam dosen't give HW)
2) Don't pay attention in class (There are no students sitting infront of this mam to give her a headache)
3) Ask her to repeat how the question is solved (students can just rewind the video again to understand)
4) Don't know the answer when teacher asks question after repeating a times. (This mam doesn't ask any questions)
So u shud respect every teacher whether they are strict or kind
