Why are we debating this way?! At the end of the day it’s the 4 best teams in the country. This is why teams are getting blowed out every year in the championship and semi finals rounds. It’s because committees are putting in people they think deserve to be in instead of just the best 4

Im a Georgia but I agree with our Rankint and OSU’s. People like to bicker but there’s a reason why there’s MORE THAN ONE poll.
The AP poll is a bit more wholeistic considering GA being back to back defending sort of thing. And the CFP poll is more focused on the current season OSU has beaten two top 10 teams. If Georgia beats Olemiss and a highly ranked Tennessee we should be number one. But tbh the number one thing is pretty close and you could really put either team at one. It’s not that big a difference

But I agree with Smart, rankings don’t matter until the playoff bracket is decided.

Buckeye here. No I don’t. Georgias win over Mizzou gives them a ranked win. I guess we have too but we haven’t looked as dominant and considering both they deserve it
