Always delighted to see the notification for your channel pop up MD. I have had aquariums off and on since I was a teenager. Now I'm 66 and have 2 fresh water tanks and 2 outside ponds with Goldfish, which btw are fantastic algae eaters, I've had the tanks and ponds for several years now. Was going to fade them out until I found your channel. They are nothing like yours, of course. But they're natural scapes. I've always disliked the fake stuff. You're very talented and you are a joy to watch because of your calm demeanor and your funny antics. I have learned a lot, And your family is very lovely. Thank you for the decent content. I don't comment very often. I leave that to the younger generation. By the way, I have used API products since I set up my tanks. It was nice to see you promote them. Thank you

I recently scaped my 120L and showed a LFS. They looked at it and said “you watch MD don’t you” 😂. This re-scape will look mega!!

Keyhole cichlids are such an underrated fish. Such a fun fish.

I hope I never get to the point in the hobby where I can look at a perfectly balanced and beautifully grown out tank and see it as an issue that I need to re do. I hope I always priorities longevity with fish tanks
