Thai Basil Minced Pork, SIMPOL!

Thai cuisine is known to be very flavorful and delicious! And here’s a #simpol way of cooking their famous street food ‘Thai Basil Minced Pork’! Luto na Ka-simpol! 😋🇹🇭

Ingredients:
Set A
2 tablespoon cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup onion, diced
1 cup ground pork, lean part
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Jufran Thai Fish sauce
2 tablespoon white sugar
3 pieces red chili, chopped
1 tablespoon sriracha
Long beans, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 handful of fresh Thai basil leaves
1/2 lime, juice only

Set B
1 cup cooked rice
1 egg

Meat: Fresh Options Meatshop

Tried it this morning. Panalo! I didn't have Sriracha but ok lang. I also added a tbsp of oyster sauce 😋

Does the usage of basil in minced meat makes it Thai, we used it for our family for a decade but its just an Original Filipino minced meat dishes for us and our neighborhood.

sa mga gusto ng maanghang pero ayaw ng maanghang huwag na kayo gumamit ng sili ganun din yun, dami ako nakita sa mga resto oorder ng spicy tapos pag na serve biglang reklamo... :D kaya minsan na di-dissapoint ako kumain sa labas oorder ako ng spicy tapos halos walang anghang nag adjust ata sa mga customer na reklamador sayang lang or sa mga luto sa bahay
