Spain have the best midfield or atleast the most prganised they have a true #6 in Rodri, who is thr best midfielder itw, Fabian Ruiz was amazing in fromt of them Pedri/Olmo and then Yamal and Nico eho can dribble shoot pass and Cucurella and Carvajal behind them made them feel safer on the wing had help Le Normand and Laporte rock solid in defense and when they loose the ball they all go back to defending, even Morata goes back to defend as a ST and the manager isnt aftaid to make subs, putting on Merino and he scored winning goal, Oyarzabal and he scored and Zubimendi they played 👌

What I will say is that England team was led by a manager who has no tactics, no strategy, no gameplan, no organisation and relies on the individual qualities of the players. Its easy to see why Spain won that game. Normally the momentum would have been with England after getting the equalizer but Spain just got on with it like the goal meant nothing and won

Rodri is the bar and rice is well below, even Ruiz is far superior. England have no controllers in midfield to set the tempo of a game. The only 2 they have had over the past 25 years are Carrick and Scholes and they misused them sorely. They deserve everything they get
