MY wife and I saw him in 1968 at the Flamingo Hotel. We were at the time 15 years old. My uncle was the Mater'd in the room Elvis played. we sat two seats from the stage. What a privilege.

No one like Elvis with that absolutely fantastic voice, talent and charisma. Miss him but so thankful to have his music still.

As an English man who is a classical music enthusiast who has long been familiar with the work of the RPO and also an Elvis fan I think I can safely say that only someone who had made such an impact and was famous enough to be taken seriously by one of the worlds top classical orchestras could have been posthumously honoured in this way. A fitting tribute

STILL REMEMEBER GOING TO SEE HIS MOVIES WHEN I WAS 12, 13, 14etc.. COULD SEE MOVIE 3 TIMES WITH SAME TICKET. I STAYED TILL LAST PERFORMANCE. STILL ADORE HIM AND LISTEN TO HIM WHILE DRIVING. HE WILL ALWAYS BE THE KING. HE WAS JUST SO VERY TALENTED. I HAVE NEVER HEARD THAT VOICE FROM ANYONE .
