I absolutely love Peter SFI for learning Swedish. He is a great teacher who speaks a bit slower so you can catch all the words. I was able to understand enough at 6 months in, to continue watching him. Really wonderful to have access to his teaching.

When dictionaries don't quite answer my question, HiNative also seems like a good place to find answers on some specific phrases or how to make something sound more natural. I really enjoyed the video. It was interesting to see a fellow Spanish speaker talking about Swedish, since the content is normally in English or just very slow Swedish. At first it made me do a double take, but then it just felt very natural, and I love that the personality came through. Thanks for the new tips!

Jag använder "deepl" ofta. Jag älskar podcasten "lätt svenska med Oskar" och serien "Hitta hem" från "hej, hej Sverige". Jag har också assimilboken :)

Thanks for the video, very useful... Complaint: Where is the teacher (Daniella)?
The true definition of "lagom": It is not an adverb neither an adjective. It is a method (of living) Swedes use to put us (latinos) out of balance.
Your pedagogical approach is great.

Not only is it good for Daniela to take some time off, it makes sense that a non-Swedish person hosts this video. 🎉
Children books have a lot of vocabulary and some cool stories/morales (from my experience as a teacher with the younger ones). 🌈💫
Cual es la palabra que dijiste al principio de la video? 🤔

Could I perhaps suggest that you guys do another video that supplements this one where you list some downloadable resources to build vocabulary?

Hurra för kalle is know as busytown misteries in canada, it was made by cookie jar entertainment. It ran for 2 seasons and had 52 episodes in total.

Saludos :)

Any recommendations for buying books in Swedish for someone living in the US? I learned Spanish by reading and would like to do the same for Swedish, but the physical material is harder to find online. Thank you!

hej, jag har en fråga med användning av "till" och "för". för exempel, varför är det "vi äter ägg TILL frukost" och inte "FÖR frukost"?
