BSD Revolution Planetary Freecoaster problem - BMX

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? These were on sale for 150 in source before xmas so I bought one. My one seems to catch every now and then which is super annoying, regular freecoasters you can disengage them manually with a little backpedal before going into your link. I'm not a noob to coasters and can confidently strip any of the ones I've had , Suntour, Nankai, Odyssey Clutch V2 to name a few, but I just cant figure out why this one does this. I have the cone nuts up tight and all the other fixes, but this is not the well documented "slipping issue". I even have the chain loose here and it still does it.

Damn! And yeah, it is super annoying. My colony coaster got better when I replaced the little spring inside it. But it wasn't brand new when it started catching. My first thought was that the chain seems unusually loose. Then I read that this was recommended by BSD? That seems rather odd. Sorry man, I can't offer any suggestions.

mabe the paws arent retractiong or the chain is too loose

unless it has a clutch like the Eclat cortex/Wtp Helix, thats a casette hub for me. same goes with these switcheable hubs.

Did you find out what’s going on? I think the lubricant got on the plastic, that’s why it’s correct and doesn’t work
