Simple Math

2π(r+1) - 2πr
=> 2πr + 2π - 2πr
=> 2π

For someone who wants to know why, It's because the radius of the circle is changed by 1 foot so new circumference is 2π(r+1) = 2πr(original circumference) + 2π. 2π is constant length so it remains same for circle of any radius
