I'd never even heard of a Bin Store until I watched you start this store and I've always been impressed with your eBay successes and now and super impressed in handling this kind of chaos lol You're done such a wonderful job in making this work - I never could of done anything like this and just love watching your progress and success Lindey - you're de BOMB!!! I'm in So Calif and am pretty sure there are NO bin stores in my area of the world - maybe in some outlaying cities but nothing around here and I'm in the very busy city of Torrance Ca with the Del Amo Mall (once the largest mall in the country) within walking distance but no bin stores(. xo

I just think there is not enough good product to go around, so with so many bin stores open now it just leaves so many with thin product and honestly I don’t even bother going to them anymore. So I think a lot of people have kind of given up on them like me.

Keep looking at expanding to online platforms. Use a portion of the store 🏬 to use it as online warehouse

Set up a bin store in Heber Springs Ar. You would do very very well. The only other game in town is the consignment store and it is packed on the galf price clearabce week.

People forget
Print up some flyers and drive around and hand them out, door to door..

You can put your auction links on them

I did a link tree to post my long links on..printed up biz cards with the link on them and pass those outs and put 1 in each bag when customers check out

This whole thing is fascinating to me. I live in South Palm Beach County, Florida. There is only 1 bin store in Fort Lauderdale, and only 1 tiny Goodwill outlet bin store in West Palm Beach. That’s it!

Our stores (Houston) are still packed, but they started doing something different. We are ALL let in the store, then they say go. No more spending the night to be first. This way everyone gets something. We have around 15 liquidation bins stores now.

If that is a calm version....I would have hate to see the wild one....I would say it is a must to be able to keep a healthy level of sanity in any venture that is pursued as opposed to trying to cram 10 pounds if shit in a 5 pound bag. Good luck!
