Omgoodness!! So if the report has been rejected, the worker and the supervisor is supposed to offer no services and close the This is amazing on how many procedures and guidelines are broken not to mention how many federal laws!!

What happens after the call? A goon squad of 30 seal trained a holes with badges kick down the suspects door, trash his house and cart him off to jail before they so much as ask him what his name is. That's the Iowa way.

I seriously think that there really needs to be a set standard of procedures that child welfare is supposed to follow... oh wait there is!!! and this is not part of the procedure and here is why the study done by Dore and Doris; 1988 and C Carth et al., 2006 along with multiple other reports, it is clear that when child welfare assumes these things that i will list below to be crucial and necessary the research shows to be the opposite of this.
treatment is crucial and must be;
intensive (longer is better)
encompassing of all risks present more is better
focused on the internal change
the fact that the state feels that they can just create their own laws and that because they put them in writing that it is automatically law is repugnant.
then when dealing with a pregnant woman and a new born infant it is OAR 1-AB, 2 that the CPS is supposed to be following in the assessment of a report of child abuse when de3aling with pregnant and new born babies

Child Welfare is not above the law!! When you start to speak about where involvement into a families lives when they have used a drug, does not legally give CPS, DHS the right to infringe upon a parents fundamental liberty interests, it is quite apparent that DHS clearly over steps their authority when it comes to what they feel they can and can not do.recognized
presumption
peoples

Federals
