WHY✨Playgrounds are EVERYWHERE! They are in every elementary school🏫 RECESS and playgrounds are such an integral part of childhood💕If we expect kids with disabilities to not go on playgrounds (like this commenter) due to inaccessibility, we may as well tell them to stop going to school where there’s RECESS. Because the majority of playgrounds are NOT inclusive, especially in schools!🚨

Kids should always be included everywhere, no matter what they look like, if they have a disability, or in general who they are! I have celiac disease and my school leaves me out of some activities, and it’s kinda tough. Keep advocating for your daughter and get that playground built ❤

That makes me sad I am in wheelchair :( and I always used to go garden and there is a park with swings and everything but I cant have fun I used to just sit and watch 😔

Because she’s a kid and kids deserve to have the fun that they love you don’t get the right to tell people that are in wheelchairs that they can’t be on a playground. They have every right like every other kid does.
