Which means that the vast majority of the first Elbings that are going to appear will be played by utterly garbage whales. Tier 7 to Legendary Tier matches are gonna be a pain in the ass to play then. I can already see all those dumbass whales only spamming HE on this ship despite facing against a perfectly broadside cruiser.

I honestly kinda hoped that we’d be getting the alt KM DD tech line with this as the top dog, so kinda disappointed they’re releasing her as a premium. But hey, maybe they’ll cook up something crazy for the tech tree, who knows
