When Nejdet receives an envelope with the divorce documents Arzu's forced Gonca to sign, Nejdet is furious. He is very surprised when Gonca tells him that Arzu's made her sign it at gunpoint, and says he will call her to account for that. He asks Erkut to bear false witness against Selim so that he might get a life sentence. He tells Erkut this will also leave Zeynep alone and so Erkut will also profit from it. Then he call Arzu and says they haven't seen each other since he was discharged form the hospital, that he's missed her and wants to meet the next day.

Erkut is confused about bearing false witness. He loves Zeynep very much, but cannot bring himself to be a false witness.

Selim wants to turn back when he sees Zeynep waiting for him, but when she asks to talk, he calls her to account for here shawl found in Erkut's room. Zeynep cannot convince him no matter what she says. Selim thinks she's been cheating on him and says he will get a divorce as soon as he gets out.

Zeynep is very sad. She cannot bear that thought of Selim thinking she betrayed him.

Kenan decides to visit Selim and ask him why he's been treating Zeynep this way.

Aliye doesn't have any complaints against Seher, but she misses Kiraz and Sadık. She cannot see to see Zeynep crying non-stop. She tells her that she's there if Zeynep wants to pour her heart out, but Zeynep says she needs some time.

Murat and Feride tense after their last fight. Murat talks to Tülay and asks her how to approach Feride. Tülay tells Murat to be open towards Feride and tell her how he feels about her. The next day, Murat surprises Feride, prepares a nice breakfast table for her and apologizes.

Melahat tells Feride that Nurten didn't but Elif a coat, and gives Feride some money to buy one for her.

Elif likes Melahat a lot. She has a good time with Melahat during the day and with Muhsin at nights.
