Holy guaca, this was 12 minutes straight of high quality entertainment and straightforward tips. When you automated the volume, I thought "why aren't you just using a compressor for that instead?" This video helped me so much. When you said you'd add frequencies back on to her voice..
I thought if I added frequencies back on a secondary eq I'd be undoing what I solved on my first eq..
So this opened up a world of possibilities and improvements for me!! I applied it to drum tracks and they sound fat and rich with mids and low mids added back in. Thank you!
