When to Say No: Tips for Decision-Making

Saying no to friends or even random people has always been hard for me. There are a lot of things to consider and I overthink, as always. Sometimes I know what I need to do but I also have a hard time finding the right words or the right way to say it. I know I'm not alone in this so I hope you find any of these tips helpful in one way or another.
