HIMARS vs Grads (Animated)

The HIMARS was gifted by the US to Ukraine in its fight against Russia. As, usual the US publicized this weapon would be a game changer. In this video we will compare the the HIMARS and the Russian BM-21 GRAD and analyse the strength and weakness of both the systems.

Grad and HIMARS serve completely different category of MBRL, they don't deserve any comparison.

Grad is obsolete in modern warfare. 16 Himars is superior to 1000 Grads. Himars is precise to within 2 meters. Grad is random. 1 Himars rocket can do the work of 100 Grad rockets fired at random towards the general direction of the target

You should have compared it with Smerch against Grad it is completely one sided.

The comparison is irrelevant

Compare smerch 9k58 & himars .
Both are guided artillery rocket systems.
Smerch has more range up to 200km and is able to use different warheads . It launches 12 rockets while himars only 6 at a time .

The only disadvantage is loading time.

The grad is not the equivalent of it should be compared to the bm30 smerch they both fire guided rockets the grsd are unguided
