It better start appealing to the younger people who basically spend time playing games and texting on their cell phones. The people my age and my children’s age which are grown adults are tired of the NFL and the NBA and MLB is next that’s beginning to wain as well.
There’s a criminal element in major league sports and people are beginning to discover that. I had a friend who went to school with a high-level executive in one of the major league football teams. It is eye-opening what they have to put up with with these players in some cases. Sometimes they need security guards just to keep the prostitutes and the drug dealers out and the players in the night before the game. Not everyone but enough to make you scratch your head.
