I will say, the amount of disengagements and failures you show are accurate to my experience with FSD though, I'm glad you guys stress tested and were honest with your experience, unlike many other folks showing off "FSD ZERO DISENGAGEMENTS" which is misleading and untruthful to the current capabilities. 11:50... Try just pressing the accelerator. The car will still turn if it needs to. Keep a hand on the wheel just in case. Oh, and then press the camera button to report.

Absolutely agree with you that cameras far forward looking left and right would be very very helpful.

In addition as you suggest, I want the car to give me audio feedback on what it is doing or going to do. My eyes need to be on the road ahead and not on the UI screen.

I had a good laugh watching this one! I too recently got 10.5 and have been going through many of the same experiences as you shared in this video. I would like to tell you though that I've been repeating rough drives by making Phred (my car) go back and do it again. I've been religiously using the little send video button whenever I have to disengage (or even when I don't but have a "close call"). At least my experience has been that Phred IS learning! Usually repeating the same route has yielded a better experience. I just returned from a favorite lunch place that's about 12 miles from my home. Phred did the entire route with only one intervention that was just a bad timing thing on a cloverleaf merge. In the past, I had to intervene many times on that route. Have fun! Be safe! Very realistic first drive. I felt the same emotions, experiences and the stress. At first the car would barely move on left turns and across unprotected lefts and I changed AP to the more aggressive mode which helped. I took it out ar first later at night with less traffic. I still think it is fantastic and will get better with more refinement. I don't like unfair criticism since it is in Beta mode; it is not perfect. And how many other car companies are doing this? Criticize them! I feel privileged to be a part of this technological marvel.

I've been driving it for about 3 weeks now and I feel like they designed it to be overly hesitant because you can push it with the accelerator. I think over time as people push it through intersections with the accelerator it'll start to gain more confidence in later iterations.

Great video! It was a different experience than other FSD videos. I enjoyed it. Just take over in any uncomfortable situation, let the system learn.

Well done. I really liked this video. This kind of stresstest is very needed. All previous FSD videos that I`ve seen have been made in much, much easier trafic infrastructure situations. Keep up the good work and looking forward to your next stresstest, ofcourse with bloodpreasure monitors.

I definitely agree that cameras on the front of the card facing left and right would be a great improvement.

If I’m not mistaken the car was in “chill” acceleration right? That makes quite a big difference in the aggressiveness of the drive…

Also the car tells you when it’s waiting for your turn and it also tells you when it’s creeping for better visibility.

What you needed was a plate on the trunk/boot saying "FSD under Test" - might explain to anybody following any uncertainties or hesitation !
