Eating gluten free is not "healthier". Unless you have celiac disease. Gluten is just a protein, is not bad for you. Plus, gluten-free bakery options are often full with artificial stuff to make the texture better (because the gluten is what makes doughs consistent). I'm so sick of this gluten-free craze.
