So what happened here was: Rubio was right and Trump was wrong, but Trump is so good at winning people over with lies, so he won the battle. As soon as Rubio said Trump was fined for hiring illegal workers, Trump thinks "Ok, he got me, quick...come up with something...got it.." "I'm the only one who's hired PEOPLE." He is super good at thinking on his feet and turning it around on his opponents.
