Auditor Audit: Auditing America

There's a lot going on in this video, but the takeaway is that if you're not detained, and in a public place, there is nothing illegal or unconstitutional about police walking a drug/bomb dog past you. Now, if you were in your home, a sniff without probable cause could be considered an unreasonable search under the Fourth Amendment ( Florida v. Jardines). If a traffic stop is unreasonably extended to allow a dog to sniff it, then that could be considered an unreasonable seizure under the Fourth Amendment (Rodriguez v United States).

Things I've noticed about frauditors, with public workers, policy is not law, with cops, policy is law to give their name and badge number. You don't see these guys auditing clubs where the Hell's Angels or other gangs and mafia members hang out. They don't audit the worst parts of town where the can get hurt and they don't go inside recruiting stations which is public accessable.

Dog sniffers have proven to be ineffective.. The dogs want to please the owner and will give false positives. Officer's have been caught coaching dog to react to a hit and proceed to full search of car... Your thoughts?.

Capitol and Park Service police in DC are highly disciplined, and their training stresses restraint and de-escalation. Anselmo is entertainment for them. Just another crazy who found his way to the District.

I dont knkw about evidence in written documents, but seems government is supposed to identify themselves. Now if someone is illiterate or blind, government should make concessions to accomodate for that. So maybe you are right and they dont have to verbally say tgeir name by law, but how do you account for individuals where pointing at your nametag wont work for?
