A relaxing ASMR session where I use a few trigger objects such as wooden blocks and bubble wrap while I discuss, contemplate and explore my thoughts and ideas on a wide variety of topics related to the world of ASMR ranging from the triggers to the amazing community and people, the energy involved, spiritual aspects and even the future of ASMR and beyond YouTube.

As always, thanks for watching and for your support.

Namaste!

I love the way this guy explains the subject. He's very down to earth. He simplifies the subject without sacrificing any of ASMR's...I guess you'd say the "finer points" of ASMR. Well done.

A muffled gulp, the delicate smack of lips parting and inadvertent throat noises produced in speech...I don't know if it's intentional, and I have never seen or heard it explicitly mentioned, but these are triggers I particularly enjoy.

This is like those ASMR lounge vids that I so enjoy. I really love it when you sit down and dig around your thoughts for things to share. Please share more thoughts on things in an ASMR fashion.

I really loved this video. The depth of thought you give ASMR is truly remarkable. There's only one ting i disagree on. You are not just a regular guy. You are kind, relatable and seem like a good man all round. Thank you for your thoughts and for the relief you give to so many people. I think that i can speak for all of your subscribers, in that you can have all our gratitude.

I think it's safe to say, everyone is doing a pretty good job growing the ASMR community on youtube - so many videos. The more made the better!

As a medical student I found it incredible to learn how ASMR can lower blood pressure and even stop a persons heart attack, truly, it happened on one of my shifts at the ER during my internship, it has to do with all the endorphin's our body is releasing during the process (The Tingling). It is so awesome that we as a species are naturally equipped with a mechanism like this one that can bring so much good into our lives in so many different ways, mother nature and human beings are so incredibly powerful. I Loved this video.

I've been under a lot of stress lately from school and just social interaction overall. I'm not much of a social person and now lately a lot of people have been needing and wanting more of me and it's a lot of stress to me, these videos are really helping me cope and they relieve a lot of stress.

I think you've made a lot of interesting points here and I appreciate your obvious honesty and enthusiasm.
Regarding one topic in particular for which I have direct experience:
I'm relatively new to the community and I don't have ASMR triggers myself, but I am into relaxation and meditation. I was introduced by some of my viewers about 2 years ago and I have to say I whole heartily agree with you about the community being full of caring. Most of YouTube is full of people making the comment sections on videos into trash heaps, but 99.99% of the comments I receive on a daily basis are all positive and full of caring. Because this community is awesome. Empathy abound here.
Most of my viewers thank me for making their day, but knowing that I can do something like that for someone else, makes my day.

This was the video that introduced me to ASMR, I had no idea what it was before. Now I listen to it almost everyday especially when working 😺

ER, you make your presence so evident in a community primarily dominated by females. You are one of my favorites. Keep doin what you're doin!

And the idea of broadcasting asmr is probably the coolest idea I have ever heard of. I wish someone would do this!!

The relaxation blocks are my absolute favourite. And no one has done it as good as you.

I happened to be totally hammered, angry, after a brutal day of work, and voila - new video from you. Totally calm after 5 minutes.
Great stuff as always.

Listening to your ideas about ASMR and personal attention really make sense. The key of feeling taken care of really is what sets my tingles off, but i didn't notice the pattern until you put words to it. There is a lot of brilliance in what you have to say. Minds like yours change the world :)
