I’m not usually an ASMR person, I usually just find it mildly uncomfortable, but when I was having trouble sleeping last night, I watched this and slept like a rock. So thanks. :)

I am a creature of the night and it is difficult to get to sleep early enough to get enough sleep. When I do get to sleep early for me, I wake up and am up for a few hours. So annoying. I put ASMR on and it helps. I fell to sleep after the one with the ocean and currents. Love astronomy and watch a lot of science discussions, panels with Brian Greene, Neil Degrasse Tyson. Just saw this and it is very soothing and hope I sleep soon. Thanks for your thoughtful ASMR.
