It's awesome to have a dynamic weather background on the lock screen and home on iOS 17, wish Android would have this too but no doubt Android will likely get it sometime in a future update

Something I’ve found is it doesn’t actually animate on the Home Screen, just the Lock Screen & Notification Bar.

And if its not that, turn off low power mode if on.

I just updated my iPhone X to iOS 16, while it does have the Astronomy wallpaper, the header doesn't say "Weather & Astronomy", just Astronomy, and it doesn't have the option for the Live Weather wallpaper, neither with the blue Weather icon at the top of the screen, nor the actual weather wallpaper to the left in the roll of other Astronomy wallpapers as on your screen...

So is the only available for later iPhones and not the iPhone X?

When I press and hold all I get is Astronomy. No weather! I can't seem to find weather anywhere. Working outside all day I really want to get live weather. Can you help? I hav an iPhone 10X with IOS 16 of course. Thanks

Hey, has anyone noticed that when you do this, as in set the weather to pair, that as the weather changes on the Lock Screen it doesn’t update on the Home Screen? My Home Screen just reverts back to the weather it was when I first set it, and won’t keep up. i.e. Say I set this up tonight and it initially sets them both the same, by tomorrow morning the Lock Screen will have changed to whatever weather at the time, but the Home Screen stays as the night before and won’t update with it.
