Do you really think it's the foundation's job to make life easier for airdrop hunters?
Would a regular user normally have more than $15 worth of eth in their wallet? yes.
Would an airdrop farmer normally have low funds in their wallet because they spread their funds across dozens of chains? also yes
It's a game of cat and mouse which is totally normal imo. Should the mouse stop running to make life easier for the cat?
If you're serious about airdrops take precautions and prepare.

Very fair allocation. On the day of the snapshot 0.005 ETH was worth around 10$. Only an idiot withdrew all the money, didn't even leave 10$

Arbitrum had similar criteria with minimum eth so its fair, Who doesn't have 15 dollars of eth in their wallet mostly airdrop farmers

I had more then 0.005 always, Its my main wallet and used it as normal throughout the years. Bu still 0 alocation. Thats BAD

I don't think having 0.005 eth in the wallet is a big deal. Should it have been a requirement? Prob not, but could have allocated more to those with .005 in their wallets.
