For humidity you need to get a dehumidifier or two depending on the size of the house. We live in Navarre by the way. We get an occasional bear, deer, coyote, and about 4 water moccasins in the last 5 years we have lived here. One thing they didn’t cover if your visiting is the beach flag colors, learn what they mean please. They are not standardized across the state.

My wife and I have been wanting to leave California, we have been researching and so far are drawn to Gulf Breeze FL. Our kids are beginning HS now, so not sure if its an immediate move, or 5 year plan? either way our next step is to schedule a visit.

You sounded ill prepared for the move. You hadn’t heard about Florida hurricanes? As much I enjoy your videos I would search out a more experienced realtor if I were planning to relocate. Sorry if I offended you.

Don't move here. It sucks. The best time to go to the beach is tourist season and if you live in a tourist attracted area, you know how it sucks. People keep coming here and destroying our beaches because they're on vacation
