The squeaky sound means that the bearings need oiling, probs because you left it outside. Apart from that, the motor sounds sweet. Lesson of the day, don't store vacuums outside, or you'll destroy them . Why did you store it outside?

You can probably change the outside pink colour to red by using a blow torch, possibly even with a hairdryer.

That George machine you could either replace motor or give the motor a good clean to see if that improves it first.

5:23 maybe it was the plug most of the time the plugs is not done properly??? I’m just guessing btw bc if the cable worked from the cream and brown henry I thought it was the plug 🤷‍♂️

Switch should be alr mate on the James my mums Henry before I fit a new motor had its switch and got wet stayed outside for 2 to 3 years and the switch works like new

That squeaky noise is just dry bearings use it for a bit and it will go away

The glue repair was good because I broke it so I use it bagless
