Absolute refusal to give a description the suspect. These news stations need to be held accountable for harboring criminals.

Somebody needs to push DeBlasio down the track.

No description of the suspect, no description of what makes it a possible hate crime as opposed to a crime of unbridled love. Great reporting

More police? I thought they wanted to defund the police?

You can’t literally have police everywhere all of the time. You need bigger penalties for things like pushing people onto the tracks and slashings. People know they’re not going to get locked up for this.

Pushing someone on to the tracks should be a life sentence no matter the reasoning.

"Escape From New York" is becoming reality...

It's time for NYC to upgrade their subways. Singapore, Japan and South Korea have barriers, enclosed doors between the platforms and tracks.

No cameras? Or is it too dark to see any perpetrators?

You people in New York are getting exactly what you voted for.

I remember months earlier when I was on my was to my scheduled Covid vaccine appointment that I felt a Black man, who I rode with in the bus, targeted me and followed up to that station's southbound platform. There were alot people waiting for the train. I immediately noticed him and already had a guess that he was targeting me, as he walk and stood close to me. I slow walk towards the other end of the platform far from him to see if he would follow me and some of the people noticed me because I was simply taking peek back from where I came from. I saw the black guy initially followed me, but might had noticed that I knew what he was doing, so he stopped walked back on the front side of the platform. I was able to ride to my appointment safely but I don't know what would happen if he attacked me, though I am ready to defend myself if he did so. Most of these attackers don't have mental issues but just racial hate on others.

How come there are no news stories showing these mental health workers in the subways? Is it because there is no such program?

Tell us the race of the attacker not just the victim. Why does the media try to hide the attackers race?? Something to hide?

Mental health help, Homelessness help, etc. You know what, most of us don’t care why people can’t act right and victimize others, we just want them kept somewhere so they can’t continue to do harm to others. Talking to social workers won’t stop their criminal behavior.

Look up “shoved onto subway” and see how often this is actually happening.

Sure news, don’t describe the criminal. We ALL already know the color.

"We are looking for a suspect and have many eyewitnesses, but we won't give you a description of the suspect."
Just do what other MSM outlets do: give a description of what he is wearing and let us figure out the rest.
