pretty straight forward. As a brand new flutter/dart person with years of experience in other environments, i have a single question. There is so much duplicated code in there. When building buttons or dropdowns (especially) or textinput fields, so much code is repeated and only certain properties differ. Is there a way (i sure hope so) that some sort of factory can be created whereby a call is made to build and return a button with the appropriate attributes?


i can't imagine what that would look like given a form with 20 items on it ...

Is there a reason why you always type .0 for your double values? Will the values first be converted from int to double if you don't do that?

Slow down the pace of the video, your code lines seem to just paste in and then suddenly the android simulator comes up and blocks everything. Makes it really annoying to follow with the code and the video in general.
