the fact Acer is responding to so many customers on here speaks volumes.. I’ve been a huge acer fan because of how well their nitro and predator computers perform and the easy upgrade ability to their storage vs other computers but the gaming laptops for the price point cannot be beat.. msi, Lenovo.. literally any other gaming computer cannot compete.. even if they “can” trust me you’ll have issues at some point.. I’ve NEVER had to deal with customer support.. I’ve had like 4 acer nitros and 1 acer predator.. (which I do still have the first nitro I got and it still works fantastic aside from the screen having some normal dimming but I’ve put thousands of hours in that thing and also my cat was the main reason it started giving out by jumping on it so much) but I’ve never had to have them take care of anything.. so I don’t know if they are actually good with handling support issues and refunds and all that.. but I love the fact they seem to care at the very least 😂

Don’t even get me started on the screens.. I put their monitors and laptop screens through heck.. and they have been tried and true thee entire time.. I actually broke my screen by accident when moving I cracked it so bad haha but some how it still worked 👌🏻 super proud of y’all 😂

Acer 3rd class service provide in India . So bad staff .staff also rudely behave special Rajesh Nayak and Lalit . Case id 68961c . Still not refund my amount in my account. Only timepass with customer
