I hope you realize that the fumes from welding galvanized (Zinc coating) are very toxic. It's recommended to wear a respirator to prevent metal fume fever as well as possible lead poisoning when welding galvanized steel.

Really ingenious work, and you're doing stick weld that most people here would use TIG or MIG for. My only suggestion - grind off a bit of the galvanized before you weld it. Burning through vaporizes the zinc, and breathing it can make you feel like you have the flu.

I love seeing your video & you are giving me knowledge of how to do it properly, i am a Carpenter handyman in America, now i am in Thailand retired became a handy man on metal cutting designing some easy extra tools you show from your video & i draw & write them all down & measure so i will remember them how to do it, Woods in Thailand are so expensive & when you let them stay longer in the work shops they have termites building there homes so i prefer metals & cheap best thing to protect my eyes are buy extra eye protector, thank you for your video & i subscribe to your channel as my base foundation
