That’s an ol’ Caterpillar up in the Link-Belt.

Thanks for the video!

At the 30sec mark using dozer pads for the rear stabilizers is a great idea and very cool old Kenworth. Thank you

Creature comforts? Who needs 'em! A heater is a thick jacket and coveralls and an air conditioner is an open window facing the wind.

It sure would be cool to load logs or yard logs in with that old linkbelt.

Neat old piece.
The link belt was cool, enver seen one like that.
The teuck is neat too, I don't recognize the model at all though.
Glad to see you are still able to find old pieces for videos

Todays operators wouldnt be tough enough to run one of those. No low effort controls no climate controlled cab no heated seat.

Looks like a caterpillar d318 diesel engine in that loader. Same engine that is in my d6 logging cat.

The guy down the street from me has a link belt speeder. But its a crane on tracks.

Cat D318 diesel in the LinkBelt. That is so old it has manual controls. I'm guessing it as a model 78.
