It's good to have this same talk given at multiple places. The GenomeTV version of this talk had loads of additional stuff on disease but i couldn't make heads or tails of the core stuff because he had to rush it. Here, Evan has gone into more detail on the core stuff so it's easier to see.

Duplications in cis-regulatory sequences may be very important during protein neofunctionalization and subfunctionalization as well as epigenetic variation in post-translational modifications to the those proteins which can be genetically assimilated. I'm also discovering a phenomena I call genetic syntropy and a new major mechanism for DNA sequence duplication, transposition, shuffling and mutation Hotspots, I call it microelectrocymatics. It could explain a form of quantum evolution, as qauntum effects are involved such as coherence, superpositions, retrocausality and what I call quantum holographic memory of entangled states. Entanglement is just the expression of the conservation law of thermodynamics, which includes the past, information and therfore complexity, and within an organisms biochemistry/cells it works very well especially with water. This is the medium or mediator that makes all order, structure, self-organization, complexity and evolution/adaptation possible.
