Cyberpunk 2077 Stuck In A Call Bug, How To Fix?

I have good news for each one of you guys that have been having this glitch recently and it really pissed me off it's been three days i have this glitch and i couldn't proceed with the main story i couldn't proceed with other missions it was so frustrating i i almost deleted the game because like i the game was not playable at all especially with all that glitches that i have been having around especially this one which is like game breaking it prevents you from from proceeding with the main story.
So basically guys what you need to do to fix this glitch is to go at the main menu not the main menu where you press options where you can load the game and save the game but where you can see your character you can see your phone etc and you need to go at the mission me myself i went at the side missions guys and at the side missions there is different missions from different people and you need to find a side mission which has the name at the top right there will be a name next to the name there will be the message icon the gmail icon or whatever i will show you guys in just a few seconds and when you decide to track the job basically it's going to kick you out of the call that you was in the glitch call or however you want to call it and this guy that you took the job from is going to call you all you have to do is to answer and to answer in playstation i think you press the down arrow or the left arrow i'm not 100 sure and that's it it's so easy but still it took me threedays to figure out a way how i can basically destroy this glitch how i can basically get out of this call because it was pissing me off so here i will show you the example as you can see here this one you see it has the name and it has the message icon there at the top track job answer the call and that's it now i hope i was helpful now please remember remember that for some people this might not work so i'm going to do another video showing another way how you can basically get out of the glitch call i will explain also here like a few words you need to basically complete jobs that you get from local fixers and after you after you complete one of the job they will call you to give you another job so this might also work but i will do another video about that now i hope i was helpful please make sure to subscribe if you enjoyed the content and see on the next one guys.

ATTENTION EVERYONE I MIGHT BE THE FIRST PERSON THAT HAS A SOLUTION FOR THIS LMAO

I’ve been searching everywhere for answers on this bug but i just came up with my own, my issue was every time takemura or anyone else would call me i couldn’t answer the call to progress the story.

1. i loaded up a save where the bug wasn’t present, then i called jackie welles until i leads to him not answering (bc he’s dead lol)

2. then when it gives you the 3 dialogue options to talk to jackie, WAIT & just keep the dialogue on your screen but don’t choose one yet

3. choose a mission that allows you to meet someone somewhere to start it & drive to whoever it is for me it was panam but claire should work & anyone else that you can talk to in person

4. once you’re standing in front of the person with the mission you can choose a dialogue option to say to jackie on the phone & as SOON as the call ends start the conversation in person with whoever you chose to pull up to.

i hope this helps whoever because oh my gosh cd projekt red fucking SUCKS for putting out this unfinished mess

Saved my life! In 01/23, after Patch 1.1, I got stuck in a call with Takemura, in which he stayed stopped, doing nothing. I did this same technique and I got past it. ^^

2023. I experienced this glitch for the first time in phantom liberty. The black steel mission requires calling a net runner, and my phone was locked out. I just backed out to main menu, and clicked continue. Loading back in fixed the issue.

After starting mission with "no return", (hannako arasaka last talk) I ended up with this bug and couldn't get any further. The solution I found was to load an auto save file that was created before the bug started. Then Delamain called again and this time the call ended normally. No bugs. I have to repeat all the cinematic scenes and talks, but it is worth.

I fixed it thanks to this but now I got a delamain stuck in every call along with whoever I'm actually talking to

If you guys have a problem with Delamain quests - that you cannot answer the phone when he calls, you have to reload the game just before you enter Delemains OFFICE. In my gameplay i entered, but deviated from the drone and looted the place. And the quest got buggy, i couldn't answer Delamains phone, tried every of the 7 cabs. But found another material and someone had good advice.
When you enter Delamains office, don't deviate, don't loot the place. Just follow the drone and Delamains instructions. I tried this and everything worked! Completed every of his quest with no issues this way. Try that if you have that problem.

Finally, I did figured it out. I was stuck in Wakako call with couple of Wakako side quests but no call in journal option. What I did,
0) I did all the Wakako side quests in the crappy non responsive mode.
1st) go to Delamain office and talk to him. For me conversation started immediately itself, and Delamain appeared in the call. After leaving, Wakako face disappears, but red square still exists.
2nd) go to Nocturnal Quest point (in Arasaka tower). Go towards bodyguards, and at the front door autosave should initiate.
3rd) load the game
Possibly going to Arasaka tower would be enough to get an autosave. But I gave my full sequence of actions what helped me.
4th) Thank me later.

I fixed it after 2 hours. Panam kept calling me at the moment I took the shard from Takemura, but she never said anything, which kept me from selecting any responses, no matter which save I reloaded.
I fixed it by going to Panam and having the conversation with her again, but only in person, not over the phone as she never answered.
