Who’s there? Thought Round 1 upon hearing raucous footsteps coming into the women’s bathroom. Her heart sank as she noticed Space Pirates slowly walking into the room. “I think you might have needed this” Said Space Pirates, unrolling a period pad from his pocket. Round 1 jerked backwards, and felt a burst of rage in her chest. Why was a boy in the girl’s bathrooms? This was unacceptable. “Why are you here?” She demanded angrily. “Get out! You’re not welcome here”. But Space Pirates was still standing in front of her, taking one slow step forward. Round 1 was officially at her limit now. Each frustrating event in the past week all built up to this. She had enough of everyone invading her privacy. Round 1 dug in her purse, clenching her teeth as her hands brushed against the handle of a knife. She hoped she wouldn’t feel bad. Space Pirates had gone too far, he deserved what was going to happen to him soon. As Space Pirates opened his mouth to say something, Round 1 plunged the blade into his delicate chest. A wailing scream sliced through the air, and Round 1 winced at the morbid sound. Blood seeped onto her skirt, as Space Pirates bled profusely onto the slippery bathroom tiles. “I’m sorry, but I hate you. Space Pirates, you’re not as good as you think. This is unacceptable”. Space Pirates was lying on his back, hyperventilating. “Round 1! Sorry, I’m so sorry! I’m so sorry!” He cried. What could he possibly be apologizing for? Round 1 thought skeptically. She noticed the pink fabric of her dress was soaked through with his blood. “Your beautiful dress is ruined, those stains will never come off. I can’t believe I let myself bleed onto you. I’m so, so sorry!” He apologized, tears streaming down his face. Round 1 couldn’t take it anymore. She stood up, sliding the knife back into her purse and left the scene. Space pirates’s life was to never be taken seriously. Round 1 had gotten the job done so swiftly. She never felt more satisfied freeing a world from such a terrible, whiny being.
